It is a powerful action we can take to reduce trash in landfills and build healthy soil. Under the aegis of SOCLEEN, Savitri Composting Project was formally launched at Baroda High School Danteshwar, English medium, Afternoon Shift, in the school premises.

The resource persons were Mr. Chhatrpalsinh Vaghela and the school gardener. A group of Std. 8 students along with Ms. Bhawna Sharma (Supervisor) and Ms. Rupinder Kaur Ahuja (teacher) attended the event. Mr. Vaghela showed and explained the process of composting and the first layering using vegetation waste and soil. The students participated with eager questions and observed the process with great interest.
