On 27th September 2024, Baroda High School, Danteshwar (English Medium), proudly joined hands with the Ministry of Education’s Generation Green Campaign by celebrating Green Day.
✨ The day kicked off with a special assembly aimed at educating students about E-waste and its harmful effects on our environment. 🌍
💡 Both students and teachers took an E-waste pledge, committing to reduce electronic waste by recycling old devices responsibly. 💪 ☘️Ms. Lubna Sandhi (ATL- Teacher), our language teachers Ms.Snehlata and Ms. Mrunal also participated in the assembly.⭐
♻️ An E-waste collection drive was also organized, encouraging everyone to contribute towards making a greener planet.
🎨 Our talented students participated in a Poster Making and Slogan Writing Contest under the guidance of our art teacher, Mr. Sanket. They created inspiring posters and slogans that highlighted the dangers of e-waste and the importance of recycling electronics.
💻 In addition, an E-waste Awareness Quiz was held in the ATL Lab, where secondary students enthusiastically participated and tested their knowledge on recycling and environmental preservation. 🌿🪴The quiz was conducted by Ms. Anjana, Ms. Sonali, Mr. Prashant and Ms. Jayashree ☘️
