*Workshop on Friendship & Conflict Management*

Ms. Shweta Vaidya, CAO BLCET, conducted an interactive session for the students of Std. 3 to 5 and Std. 6 to 8, on building *healthy friendships and managing disagreements*.

She focused on the meaning and value of true friendship.

Helped students to identify and express basic feelings: Happiness, Anger, Sadness, Fear…etc

Students actively participated in the different activities conducted by writing answers on paper.

*Friendship Bridge Challenge*

Students learned communication skills, empathy, and steps to resolve conflicts peacefully through paper crumple activity and group discussion.

The workshop helped them to understand that conflicts are normal and can strengthen bonds when handled with respect.
